Court Farm Holiday Bungalows have negotiated with the West Somerset Railway to offer Court Farm customers 10% cheaper tickets than station prices.
Cancellations

Terms and conditions are as follows:
A deposit of £30.00 per week per bungalow is required to confirm the booking (Deposits are non-refundable). The balance of your holiday is to be paid no later than 21 days before commencement of the holiday. In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing cancellation of the holiday, please notify us without delay, because at 21 days before commencement of the holiday and thereafter the full rental is non-returnable. |
In the event of a customer making a cancellation after the 21 day notice period, we will make the booking available to other customers as a short-notice discounted letting.
Should the letting be taken up by a different customer, a discounted rate will be charged, and the original customer will be reimbursed, commensurate with the length of the new booking at 50% of the original cost.
Should the letting not be taken up by a different customer, the full original deposit and balance will be retained, according to our terms as above.
We believe this is the most ethical and fair way to proceed.
